BIM PROJECT DESIGN
We implement the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology in our projects, which brings numerous advantages, including error elimination and streamlining the construction process.
By employing BIM, we create detailed three-dimensional digital models containing information about every element of the project.
This technology enables us to visualize and analyze the project comprehensively before physical construction begins, aiding in identifying and rectifying potential errors or design conflicts at an early stage.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We oversee and coordinate all phases of a project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and established timeline.
It handles contractor hiring, resource management, and resolution of any issues that may arise during project execution. Moreover, it strives to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all stages of the construction process.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The role of construction management involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
This includes managing resources, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and communication among various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Construction managers ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while also addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Furthermore, construction management mitigates the risk of contractor bankruptcy by retaining ownership of the project from inception to completion, ensuring continuity and stability throughout the construction process.
